  • For food, eat less fish, shrimp, seafood and fried foods. Oranges and watermelons will increase the nighttime cough, preferably less.
  • The neck and sole are very sensitive to cold, so patients with allergic rhinitis and allergic cough should protect the neck when they are cold, and put on socks to avoid coughing.
  • In the office, the air-conditioning room should pay special attention to the humidity, the air-conditioning filter is cleaned on time, and the wet and dirty filter is the best breeding ground for pathogen growth. At the same time, in order to reduce the chance of mutual infection in confined spaces and the infringement of second-hand smoke, you should always pay attention to the circulation system of the office building, and the fan speed should be faster.
